COVID 19 Terms and Conditions

In these uncertain times we must accept that there is a possibility that someone may fall ill whilst in our accommodation. If you start to show symptoms, you should check out and go home to self-isolate immediately.
If this is not possible, you will be liable to pay for each extra night stayed at our property at the same rate as your original booking. We will need all guest contact details so that we can pass them on to the Track and Trace teams.
Any guests due to stay after an ill guest will be notified immediately with either a full refund or the option to move their booking to a date of their choosing.
We thank you for your understanding and patience in these uncertain times.

You should only travel if you are fit to do so
Insurance companies do not cover anything Covid-19 related now (new bookings since the lockdown), just as we cannot, so please check your holiday insurance policy details and exclusions, you will be travelling at your own risk
Our regulations and legislation may differ from your main residence. Here’s a link to the Welsh Government info page, if you are from outside Wales

We have followed advice and have removed all non-essential items from our huts and Barn. Here’s a list of items we’ve removed and items we’ve decided not to provide at present to help prevent any spread:

Board Games & Books
Our Visitor Book , Guide Books & Maps . We replace the coverings over all remove controls.

BEDDING & TOWELS – We will continue to provide bedding & towels at present (1 Hand & 1 Bath towel per guest), and change pillow and mattress covers, but please advise if you would feel happier bringing your own bedding and towels. We would fully understand. Please let us know at least 3 days prior to arrival

Here is a list of a few things we will ask you to do during your stay:
Use provided hand soap & hand sanitiser
Strip the beds on departure and place used bedding and towels in plastic bin bag provided and leave in the utility.
Leave windows open prior to departure.
